Greg Fetherston is the Wisconsin Baseball Combine Director. He is also a physical education teacher and head baseball coach at Jefferson High School (WI). Greg competed collegiately at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater (UW-W). While at UW-W, Greg received numerous honors for his on-field accomplishments as a third baseman, including a 1st Team All-Conference selection for the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC), 2 Gold Glove Awards and was team Captain. In his tenure as the Head Coach at Jefferson, Greg’s teams have won both Conference and Regional Championships. Greg has also developed several all-state players and one who is playing professionally.

Todd G Goldbeck, DPT, ATC, CSCS, STC is the Owner/Director of Xcel Physical Therapy,
Owner/President of Xcel Sports Training and Owner/President of Xcel Wrestling
Technologies.
Todd is also the Executive Director/President
of Xcel Foundation, which is a non-profit branch of Xcel Sports Training dedicated
to philanthropic endeavors in the sports community. Todd holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from the University of
St. Augustine and a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. While in attendance
at LaCrosse, Todd earned Academic All-American honors as a cornerback on the 1995 National Championship Football Team. Todd is a licensed
athletic trainer (ATC), a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), as well as a certified sports therapist (STC). Todd is
also a classifier for the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA), a master level wrestling official for the Wisconsin Interscholastic
Athletic Association (WIAA) and a certified skinfold examiner for the WIAA wrestling minimum weight program. Additionally, he has had his
research published in the Journal of Sport Rehabilitation and has presented at many local and national sports medicine meetings, including
the American Physical Therapy Association National Conference.
Todd is a native of Jefferson, and graduated from Jefferson High School. He
was a two-way starter on the 1991 JHS State Championsip Football Team. Todd
was also a State Champion in Track & Field, All-State in Wrestling (2X) and
Class Valedictorian. Todd has remained active in the Jefferson community,
performing many services, such as serving on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Xcel also works closely with many of the athletic teams in Jefferson and the surrounding
communities, performing camps, clinics and providing athletic training event coverage.

Baseball Specialists

Matt Noll is a baseball staff specialist at the Xcel Sports Training Combines. He is the Head Baseball Coach at Fort Atkinson High School. Matt’s teams have won numerous Conference and Regional Championships, and many of his players have gone on to play at the collegiate level.

Scott Staude is a baseball staff specialist at the Xcel Sports Training Combines. He is also a teacher in the Burlington School District and head baseball coach at Burlington High School (WI). Scott competed collegiately at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. While at UW-W, Scott received numerous honors for his on-field accomplishments as an outfielder and first baseman, including two All-WSUC Conference selections, as well as an All-Midwest Region selection. Scott led the nation in slugging percentage while playing for the Warhawks and was named team Captain. He has also played in the Northwoods Wooden Bat League for the Kenosha Kroakers. In his tenure as the Head Coach at Burlington, Scott’s teams have won Conference, Regional and Sectional Championships, along with a State Tournament appearance. Scott has also earned Racine County Coach of the Year. Under Scott’s tutelage, many Burlington High School players have continued their baseball careers at the collegiate level.

Combine Staff |
Chad Carstens is a staff specialist at the Xcel Sports Training Combines. He is also a physical education teacher and coach at Whitewater High School (WI). Chad competed at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in cross country and track. While at UW-W, Chad competed in two NCAA DIII cross country championships, and helped his team place 6th and 17th in the overall team standings. In addition, Chad was a member of the UW-W team which placed 2nd at the NCAA indoor track & field championships and 3rd place at the outdoor national meet. Currently, Chad competes for Wisconsin Runner, which is a club team in Racine, WI. Chad also coaches cross country and track at Whitewater High School where he has coached both boys and girls conference championship teams, as well as several state qualifiers.

Michael Ribar, ATC, LAT, PES is a staff specialist at the Xcel Sports Training Combines. Mike holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mike is a certified athletic trainer (ATC), a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) and a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). During his athletic career at Valparaiso University, Mike competed in soccer. He has worked with the Milwaukee Mustangs Arena Football Team for numerous years and has been an athletic trainer for several high schools, colleges, and pro-teams. In addition, he has trained many professional and collegiate athletes. Mike is a regular speaker at the Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Medicine Symposiums and has authored several articles, which have been published in various sports medicine journals.
